Structured Networking Makes a Remarkable Difference

BNI meetings are specifically structured to generate business for us all.  Having said that, we are a friendly bunch and the meeting is light-hearted.

There is a set agenda each week:

  1. Before the meeting starts, an opportunity for Open Networking
  2. A warm welcome and introductions from the Chair
  3. A 5 minute Education Slot, to get things going
  4. 60-second presentations from each member
  5. 30-second presentations from each visitor
  6. A 10 minute Featured Speaker slot
  7. The Passing of Referrals – genuine business being passed around the room
  8. An opportunity for more Open Networking after the meeting
